What This Means

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where required by law. GPC is a browser setting or extension that automatically tells websites you visit that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide written, signed permission from you authorizing them to act, along with their own contact information. We may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us or to confirm that you provided the agent with permission.

What to Expect After You Opt Out

  • Your opt-out applies to the personal information associated with the email address and identifiers you provide.
  • Opting out does not delete personal information we have already collected. To request deletion, see Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
  • Opting out will not affect your account, order history, customer service, or transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping notices.
  • You may continue to see advertising for Marine Depot Direct products on other websites, but it will not be based on the personal information we have shared with advertising partners.
  • You will not be discriminated against for exercising this right. We will not deny you products, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you opted out.
