Return Policy
Request for a returns can be submitted within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Processed returns will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale. Please read through our requirements and fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form below for the most efficient processing of your request.
Requirements for a refund request include:
- Item must be in new condition.
- Item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Return shipping is prepaid by customer unless item arrived incorrect, damaged, or otherwise incorrect due to our error.
- Item must be received within 14 days of the date a return approval notice has been issued.
- Returns are not accepted on any custom or special order, built to order, or cut material.
