SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIME
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1 business day from our California or Florida warehouse, based on stock availability.
Same-day shipping is available for the following services if the order is placed before 9:00 AM Pacific Time:
> 1. FedEx: Ground, Home Delivery, 2nd Day, Next Day
> 2. UPS: Ground, Next Day, Overnight
Orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Time ship the next business day.
USPS orders also ship within 1 business day, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
If you cannot receive USPS:
> A. Choose FedEx or UPS at checkout.
> B. For orders that qualify for free shipping, enter a note in the second address line such as "Do not ship USPS." This helps us select the right carrier.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $99 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Special Order Items
Some items are special order and ship on a lead time rather than from stock. The lead time is displayed on the product page. Same-day and standard shipping cutoffs do not apply to special order items. Your order ships once the product arrives at our warehouse.
Out-of-Stock Items
We work to maintain accurate inventory levels, but occasionally an item may be out of stock. If this occurs:
> You will be notified immediately.
> You may choose to wait for restock or cancel your order for a full refund.
LTL FREIGHT (OVERSIZED ITEMS)
Larger items such as rub rail, toe kick, marine ladders, and bulk hardware ship by LTL freight carrier rather than standard parcel. These shipments are handled differently:
Delivery Appointment
The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Residential deliveries are typically curbside only. Liftgate service may be required for an additional fee.
Inspect Before Signing
This step is critical. Open and inspect the shipment at the time of delivery and look for:
> Crushed corners, holes, or visible damage to packaging
> Water damage or staining
> Shifted product inside the crate or pallet
> Missing pieces against the packing slip
Note Damage on the Delivery Receipt (BOL)
Write any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. A clean signature limits your ability to recover for damage. Take photos of the packaging and product at the time of delivery.
Concealed Damage
For damage discovered after the driver leaves, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Save all packaging materials and take photos of the box, packaging, and damaged product. Claims filed outside this window are typically denied by the carrier.
Refused Shipments
Shipments refused without prior authorization may incur return freight charges plus a restocking fee.
MISSING PACKAGE GUIDELINES
USPS (First Class or Priority Mail)
Wait 1 business day. USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
Call your local post office (not the main hotline) and ask:
> Who delivered the package?
> Where it was left?
If the package still does not show up, file a claim with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm or call 1-800-275-8777.
Note: We cannot reimburse for orders misdelivered or stolen after delivery is confirmed by USPS.
FedEx
Call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to report the issue and file a claim.
Allow up to 2 business days after the delivery scan, since delays or early scans sometimes occur.
International Orders
International packages are often marked "delivered" when they arrive at customs or a local carrier, but there can be a delay before you are notified.
What to Do:
> Check your mailbox for a pickup notice.
> Contact your local customs office for updates.
What Not to Do:
> Do not panic. These packages typically arrive within a few days.
> Do not contact USPS. They cannot help once the package leaves the U.S.
If Delivered by FedEx International:
> Call 1-800-463-3339
> Allow an extra business day for customs or local processing
If further assistance is needed, contact your local customs office. They usually have the most accurate and timely information.
CARRIER DELAYS
Shipping carriers continue to experience service delays due to ongoing logistical challenges.
